Group Transportation

Group transportation by bus will be arranged on arrival and departure day between Warsaw Chopin airport and the hotel. The journey takes approximately 2 hours, depending on traffic.

Group transportations will be arranged as following:

From Warsaw to Pultusk, 13th September: 16:30, 18:30

From Pultusk to Warsaw, 18th September: 7:00, 9:00

How to reach the venue

By Air

Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport is the nearest major airport to Pultusk with most international connections. A taxi from Warsaw airport to Pultusk costs about 80 EUR during day and night time. The journey takes approximately 2 hours.

Lodz Airport is smaller and further away from the venue. Lodz is located about 150 km from the conference venue in Pultusk.

The taxi fare from the Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport to the city center of Warsaw costs approximately 10-15 EUR.

By Rail

Unfortunately there is no train connection to Pultusk. Participants are advised to reach the hotel either by public bus or car.

By Public Transport

Buses depart frequent, usually 20-30 min. apart, from Warsaw's main bus terminal (Warsaw West – PKS Warszawa Zachodnia), 144 Jerozolimskie Street.
You can take a bus going to: Ostorleka, Ciechanow, Mragowo, Ketrzyn, Pisz. The trip takes approximately 90 min. The bus station in Pultusk is located about 1.4 km from the conference venue.
